Return Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized garments (e.g. limited editions, made-to-order, or altered pieces).

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact and included.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in refusal of the return or refund.
Returns received after the 14-day period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
